Chang
style Tai Chi Chuan was created by Grand Master Chang Tung-sen, and emphasizes
both energy boosting and self-defensive applications.
This
particular Tai Chi style is unique in the teaching and practice of the "Thirteen
Principles" also known as "Eight Gates, and Five Steps". When
practicing alone or competing with others, the practicioner must adhere to these
principles.
GRAND MASTER CHANG'S MARTIAL ART SYSTEM IN AUSTIN TEXAS
In master Frank De Maria's Taichi Chuan's book, he has written, "I believe Grand Master Chang has achieved the highest level of martial art which human being have ever tried."
Master John Wang said,"Reviewing Chinese Martial Art History Grand Master
Chang is the most skilful fighter for 400 years."
TaiChi People teaches Grand Master Chang's martial art system which includes:
Taichi, Hsin Yi, Bagua, Shuai Chiao, Ambush, Elephant, Shaolin, as well as
Shaolin Lohan.

Short Form (click here to view a list of the postures) is
taught as part of our Level I martial arts class on Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday, and Friday @ 6:00 - 7:15pm.
